Today’s card features Candy Cane Dash | Spellbinders All Clubs Create Bonus. Well, actually, it’s one of the bonuses, and it’s so dang cute, I can’t stand it! This adorable little dinosaur is dashing away with his candy cane and tiny Santa hat, looking pretty pleased with himself.
And the sentiment – haha! Clearly, he stole the candy cane, which explains why he’s making such a speedy getaway. But don’t worry, he’s pretty sure Santa saw nothing! haha
Behind our mischievous little candy cane thief is the beautiful Holiday Check 3D Embossing Folder for October. I absolutely love the embossed tree design tucked into the plaid pattern – it adds so much fabulous texture to the background without taking anything away from our little star of the show.

How to Create the Candy Cane Dash Spellbinders Card:
Start by trimming a panel of Waterfall cardstock to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and embossing it with the Holiday Check 3D embossing folder. Adhere the embossed panel to the front of a top-folding A2-sized white card base.
Next, die-cut out the little dino and his “freed” candy cane, assemble the pieces, and attach them to the center of the card front.
Use the Crafting with Cheer Stamp and Die Set to create the sentiment and attach it below the dino.
NOTE – there is no coordinating die in this particular sentiment, so simply trim it into a small strip before attaching it to the card.
