A little blast from the past - color blocking, masked off with Post It Tape and color blended with Distress Oxides then the lovely Wild Daisies stamp from @picketfencestudios love this technique for fast and easy cards that have a pop of wow.

Day #2 of the #thedailymarker30day and I am sharing a new video over on my Youtube Channel. Distress Oxide Sprays Ink Smooshing to create fabulous and colorful backgrounds. Then I added a white heat embossed floral image from the beautiful @simonsaysstamp Friendly Flowers stamp set (love that set) and a little bling.....this smooshing technique is totally addicting and you can make a pile of backgrounds in a really short period of time.

I love a good card kit don't you? my @simonsaysstamp April Friendly Flowers card kit finally arrived and I couldn't wait to bust into it. I like to do two things with these kits, first I like to make a couple of cards using just what's in the kit and that's what I'm sharing today...Both of these beautiful SLimline Cards were made in less than 10 minutes with kit content - Ok, full disclosure, I had to add adhesive, LOL.
