Sandi MacIver – Stampin With Sandi – Hedgehugs Squirrel Love
Hi stamping friends. I have a masculine Valentine card for you today called Hedgehugs Squirrel Love
Stampin Up doesn’t have any corgi stamps so I went looking for a little critter to put on my hubby’s Valentine card. He’s in forestry, so the Wood Textures Designer Paper was the perfect backdrop to start with.
I carried the theme on by embossing the red heart with the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder and sponging the raised area with a bit of Soft Suede Ink. Die cutting the hearts was a breeze with the Sweet & Sassy Framelits dies.
Squirrels and Trees – there a match and the little guy in the Hedgehugs stamp set is adorable. (not quite a corgi but almost as cute).
The sentiment is from the Sale-a-bration Set Party Pandas and I embellished with a few little hearts die cut with the heart border die in the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits set.
I used the Stampin Up Envelope Punch Board to make a 5 x 5 square matching envelope for this adorable little fellow.
