Instructions for the Metallic Daisy Bouquet Card:

Whilst digging around in my bling, to see what I had to play with for the challenge I found my Perfect Pearls!  Remember those?  I had a pretty pink and green, so whoo hoo.

To start, I gold embossed my stamp onto the Black watercolor paper I chatted about last post here.

Next, I transferred a bit of the pearls into a well and used my Pipette to add a few drops of water

There is a very sophisticated tool in my stash for this, haha….I cut a straw on an angle, and bent it a bit, to create a small scoop.  I use this for a variety of different pigments and embossing powders.

Then, once I had the pearls and waters mixed, I used a fine paint brush to add them to my image.

Pearls Used:

Green Patina and Pink Gumball.

Interesting about the Pink Gumball…it’s pink in the container, but once dry on the watercolor paper, it became Holographic.  Turn it one way, it’s purple, turn it another, there are bright pink streaks in it….Very pretty, but again, not so much fun to try and capture in a picture, so just take my word for it ok?  haha

Finally, I gold embossing a sentiment before mounting the piece to a gold mat and then a Simon Says Stamp Lavender card base.

Another clean and simple (and flat) card.  I seem to be on a roll with them this week haha.
