Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Butterflies

Hi card making friends and welcome back. My June Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Butterflies card kit FINALLY arrived, so I got a little play time in. This kit has the most amazing patterned paper in it and a lovely Butterfly stamp set too, but for my first card, I couldn’t wait to get into this paper.

The paper is Simple Stories Simple Vintage Garden District. I cut the center out of the floral wreath one and then sandwiched the polka dot one behind it before attaching to my white A2 card base.

I heat embossed the sentiment in green and added the strip sentiment from the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Clippings Stickers.

To add Dimension to the card, I stamped two of the smaller butterflies onto Neenah Solar White and colored them with Copics:

Copic Markers: YG03, Yg01, YG21

I then fussy cut them out and mounted them to the card with small pieces of foam tape.
