Spellbinders Seahorse Kisses

Hi card making friends and welcome back.  Today I’m catching up with a release from April when I was sick.  This is Spellbinders Seahorse Kisses Collection.  Beautiful seahorses, shells and glimmer greetings in this collection along with a very cool Cast Away 3D embossing Folder with a partial net image down one side.  You can see this embossing in the background of both of today’s cards.

PLEASE NOTE: This post contains affiliate links. See below for my full disclosure.

Spellbinders Seahorse Kisses, Card #1

Start by using a Misti to stamp the images  from the Seahorse Garden Stamp and Die Set into white cardstock with copic friendly ink.

Next, color the images with copic markers and the die cut them out with the coordinating dies.

Then, cut a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ white card front.  Place it inside the Cast Away 3D Embossing Folder and run it through the die cutting machine

Place it into the Misti and stamp the solid image kelp three times in Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink.

Finally, attach the card front to a top folding A2 sized white card base, overlay the art pieces and stamp the bubbles.

Next, emboss a white card front with the Cast Away 3D embossing folder and then use larger blending brushes to blend the background in Peacock Feathers and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink.

Then, Attach the card front to a top folding A2 sized card base, then use foam squares to attach the seahorse image.

Finally, gold foil the thanks sentiment from the same set and add it to the right side of the card
