Hi card making friends, my share today is the Stampin Up Flurry of Wishes – Sponge and Splatter Technique for our weekly Team Blog hop, I even did a little video for you to explain the fun technique I used.
This week’s blog hop is back to a sketch challenge that we all love because it gives us a starting point to our design. It also gives a common thread to our hop:
This one is wildly open to interpretation don’t you think, LOL…
Here is my little go at it, and I incorporated the Sponge and Splatter Technique, which is easy and very fun to create and you probably have all the supplies you need right at your stamping station.
And here is the Step by Step video for this week, enjoy!
- Card Base: Whisper White 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score and fold at 4-1/4
- Mats: Bermuda Bay, 3-3/8 x 4-5/8, Silver Foil 3-3/8 x 4-5/8
- Art Piece: Shimmery White Card Stock #101910 3-1/4 x 4-1/2
- Sentiment: 1 x 2 – stamp and trim to fit.
