Hi card making friends, today my share is all about the Stampin Up Square Pillow Box. I have been playing with this like crazy lately and having so much fun with it….It cuts and scores at the same time, and 1 piece of card stock turns into an adorable gift vessel, for you to adorn.
The Stampin Up Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies can be found on page 41 of the Holiday Catalog. You don’t just get the die for the box, you receive all the little bits to decorate it too = 8 pieces in all. Great value, Item #139657 and what I love about it, it’s versatile for all seasons and occasions, here are a few:
Use the Acorny Thank You Stamp set and coordinating punch on page 45 of the Holiday Catalog, along with the most popular Woodlands Embossing Folder to create this beautiful piece – lovely on your Thanksgiving Table.
TIP – Don’t forget to add that adorable little wooden acorn, look closely at the green acorn, they are from Into the Woods Elements, page 43 of the holiday catalog.
Next we have a couple done up for Christmas. On the left, Mint Macaron while not a traditional holiday color, is stunning. The little cut out is another die that comes in the set, the lovely vanilla stripes Satin Ribbon can be found on page 9 of the catalog, add a little touch of gold and you are done.
NOTE – the wooden Snowflake Elements are on back-order for like forever!….just a heads up! Very popular, but extremely hard to get right now.
Halloween this weekend, if you still have some of that fun Halloween Designer Paper left over, zip up some cute boxes for the little goblins in your neighborhood.
I always like to have a selection of little gifts at Christmas, last minute visitors, host gifts, etc. Why not decorate them up and display them throughout your home. Easily accomplished with Stampin’ Up! Designer Paper, a little vellum and the most awesome Festive Flower Builder Punch – page 31 of the Holiday catalog is dedicated to this punch and a coordinating stamp set.
Here is the one that I created last week for our Team Blog Hop – details here: Decorated with the adorable Thankful Forest Friends Stamp Set.
