The new Waterfront stamp set is on page 48 of the Stampin’ Up! Occasions catalogue and the details in the stamped images provide a Faux watercolour effect when you stamp with them. Cool right? and so easy.
Today’s video is how to stamp the Double Time Stamping Technique to create this Hawaiian scene. It’s a great technique to add a LOT of interest to your card with very little work while still keeping it flat for mailing.
