Here’s ANOTHER card created with this NEW Stamp from Simon Says Stamp – Heart to Heart Rainbow! AND I Used another new Product that JUST ARRIVED HERE the A2 Thin Frame Dies. For that lovely thin inlaid white piece in the card. You are going to want these.
I had to move away from Pink Valentine’s cards for a minute, haha so this one is in your face multi colored. Nothing subtle about me right!
For you my wonderful subscribers, I also included a FREE PDF Download with the instructions, supply list etc. so you will have no problem duplicating it. (see the end of the post).
This is the NEW Simon Says Stamp Heart to Heart background stamp released in the LOVE YOU MORE roll out and I LOVE IT. It’s one of those BIG square rubber ones and has a beautiful design of overlapping hearts. Not just for Valentine’s, it makes a great background for many other occasions to, which I will show you in future posts.
And I also used it in the Background of this card I shared last week –
I was pretty short on sleep yesterday, so I wanted to keep the coloring for the Heart to Heart Rainbow card really simple. I used my Zig markers and blended them with a water pen. I blended them to an even tone, but you could certainly blend them out from dark to light if you wished too…I was being lazy, haha
For the sentiment, I die cut the SSS Script Thanks 3 times before mounting it to the shadow cut out and the black sentiment is another from the CZ Designs Reverse Love set.
To add a little interest I used the NEW – SIMON SAYS STAMP A2 Thin Frames to cut and create that inlaid frame part way in on the card. These dies make that little trick so easy, you just tape it in place and run it through your die cutting machine and it’s done. I have a video coming on Tuesday showing you how to use them and how to glue them back together.
There are 8 in the pack of the A2 Thin Frames Dies, so a great selection for all kinds of frames on cards. Also, the flush die cutting tool I have linked below, works really well at cutting these apart when you receive yours.
And here is the stamp, you could stamp this over a alcohol ink background and it would be FABULOUS too, boy, so many ideas floating around in my head (I got better sleep last night, haha).
Lastly, I used some of the clear drops from the Buttons Galore Salt Water set to embellish my card.
