Hi card making friends and welcome back. Today I have a couple of cute Halloween cards created with the new Simon Says Stamp Gothic Halloween. This is a fabulous rubber background stamp with Halloween themed words all over it released this month as part of STAMPTEMBER. I have coupled it with BOO DAY also from Simon as it appears that is the only Halloween stamp set I have, LOL. I’ll have to fix that.

How to create the Simon Says Stamp Gothic Halloween Cards:
Start by using a Misti to stamp the Gothic Halloween stamp in VersaMark onto white cardstock. Cover with black embossing powder and heat set.
Next, cut down to 3-3/4″ x 5″
Then, ink blend with Distress Oxide Inks in Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Villainous Potion and Black Soot. When done, Use a dry micro fiber cloth and wipe to remove any ink sitting on top of the embossed words.
Then, mat with a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of black cardstock and attach to a top folding A2 sized white card base. 4-1/4 x 11, scored and folded at 5-1/2″.
Creating the Images with the Boo Day Stamp Set
Again, use the Misti to stamp the images in Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink onto a piece of Hammermill Cardstock. 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″.
Color with Copic Markers:
Yellow: Y11, Y15, Y19, Green: YG03, YG17, YG67, Red: R24, R46, R59, Pumpkins: Y17, YR04, YR18, E07, Brown: E21, E23, E25, Skin: E51, E13, R11, R21, Blue: BG11, BG13, BG49
Next, cut out with the coordinating dies.
Finally, on a scrap of black cardstock, stamp the sentiments in VersaMark Ink, cover with white embossing powder, shake off excess and heat set.
