The 4th of July and the Canada Day are just around the corner and today’s cards celebrate both. This fun Simon Says Stamp Celebration Fireworks stamp set is a BLAST (pun intended) to create with. Dig out your colored embossing powder (you know you have some) and create these fabulous BOOMING cards. The Celebration Fireworks Stamp and Die set also has a coordinating GIANT FIREWORKS STENCIL to create and additional layer and allows you all kinds of creative freedom. You could also use these for graduation celebrations, or stamp them in rainbow colors for a birthday celebration.

For today’s cards I have one in Red White and Blue to celebrate the 4th. The second one is heat embossed on black cardstock in Gold, Silver and White for Canada Day.

I used a collection of Ranger Colored Embossing Powders and Simon Says Stamp Detailed for the Silver, Gold and White, and I have linked them all at the end of today’s post for you.

Simon Says Stamp Celebration Fireworks Card #1

Start by using a Misti to stamp the images. Start with the largest Flair stamping in VersaMark ink and covering with Blue embossing powder, shake off the excess and heat set.

Next, using the middle sized flair, stamp it twice in VersaMark. Then, cover with red embossing powder, shake off the excess and heat set .

Then, repeat the process with the smallest flair heat emboss it three times in gold.

White heat emboss a sentiment onto a scrap of black cardstock. Die cut it out and attach it in the bottom right corner.

Simon Says Stamp Celebration Fireworks Card Card #2

Start by cutting a piece of black cardstock 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ for the card front.

Next, follow the same steps as above, this time using detailed gold, silver and white embossing powder from Simon Says Stamp

Then, gold emboss the sentiment onto black cardstock and attach in the bottom right corner.

Finally, embellish with some silver gems.
