I’m so excited to share my latest Fergus release, Flamingo Paradise, with Fergus, which is now live for everyone over on the Spellbinders website!
Crafted from felt, Summer Fergus has traded his full beard for a fun, warm-weather look and is sporting his signature moustache as he heads off on another tropical adventure. This seasonal collection is filled with playful dies that let you create endless summer scenes featuring flamingos, hibiscus flowers, palm trees, sunshine, flip-flops, surfboards, and more.
For today’s version, I gave Fergus a tropical makeover with bright flamingos and vibrant hibiscus blooms. The cheerful colors and fun details make him the perfect addition to your summer decor. I’m not going to go into detail on how to create Fergus himself, as I filmed step-by-step videos for Spellbinders walking you through those steps. For this release, I filmed three more videos that walk you through embellishing summer Fergus, stitching the 3D Palm tree and creating and decorating the Surfboard.
When combined, these three projects create an adorable tropical summer display that’s perfect for your home and a keepsake you’ll enjoy for years to come. Once of my favorite things about Fergus is how easy he is to personalize. Add colors, embellishments, and details that remind you of your own favorite beach vacations, summer adventures, and special family memories to make him uniquely yours.
