Good morning friends. Today I have a new Hand Made Card with Memory Box. Simon Says Stamps STAMPtember released two collaborations today, Clearly Besotted and Memory Box. Memory Box released some beautiful Magnolia stamps and dies a few months back, and this beautiful stamp set coordinates with those. Or they are perfect as stand along. I colored mine today with Copic Markers, and you can also see THIS POST where I used Distress Oxide Inks on a set of Die cuts for a card.

How to create the Hand Made Card with Memory Box:

Start with a piece of white cardstock 4″ x 5-1/4″, place it into a Misti and stamp the images around the outside edge in Intense Black Ink.

Next, color with copic markers:
Pinks: R81, R83, R85 Greens: YG03, YG17, YG67 and Browns: E31, E35

Then, use circle dies to cut out two layering circles from white and matte gold. Stamp a sentiment onto the white circle before layering and attaching to the card front with foam squares. Flip the piece over and trim off any overhang.

Create the A2 sized white card base and then attach a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of pink cardstock to the front.

Finally, add Big Mamma foam tape to the back of the art piece and attach it to the center of the card.

Add Ons: This is a super clean and simple card which I find very difficult to make, haha. So, you could add some light stamped images to the background, some paint splatter, some sequins or gems for added interest.
