Hi cardmaking friends and welcome back. While hooting around in my stash looking at Valentine’s stamps earlier this month, I came across this Penny Black All My Love and decided to make an anniversary card with it.
I love to color with my copics and small images like this are quick and satisfying to color. They don’t require a lot of pens or time and you end up with a pretty card. Well in this case my hubby will end up with a pretty card, haha.
I stamped and colored the image on a Neenah Solar White 80# piece of card stock and then mounted it onto a Neenah Solar White 110# card base. I used the Penny black Leaf Stitched Frame also cut from Neenah c/s to create the frame which added a nice 3-d effect to my card without any work.
The black sentiments are from Simon Says Stamp CZ Designs, Love you More Sentiment Strips. They are already printed, so all you do is trim them out and attach them, saving you the time of stamping, heat embossing.
A quick and easy card to create and add to your stash.
