Picket Fence Studios March Release

Hello my card making friends.  I’m so excited, today the Picket Fence Studios March Release and I had so much fun playing with all these new products.   I have a pile of cards to share with you,  so grab a coffee and here we go.

Lots of super fun products released this month and I’ll be showing you just a few, so make sure you visit the Picket Fence Studios website to see the entire release.  I don’t want you to miss out on any of them.  I also have some new videos coming up soon showcasing some of the products.

I’m just going to give a quick description for today’s post, and then I’ll do separate posts for each card next week so you get the detailed instructions.

Picket Fence Studio March Release

Let’s start with the beautiful NEW Lilies for Spring…look familiar?

It should.  There was a larger version of this last year.  This new Lilies of Spring release is smaller for more coloring fun and comes with a coordinating die to cut it out.  I also added the new “CHEERS” word die in gold and cut the shadow die in the blue card stock.

The embellishments are from the Spring Fling Sequin Mix

How about an Ocean Shaker card:

Next up, this fun ocean theme shaker card is full of new products.  I started with the Slimline Mermaid Scales Stencil and Distress oxide inks to create the background.

Next I used the Slim Line Nested Rectangles Dies to die cut the frame for the shaker card.

The inside is filled with shadow stamps from the Mermaids of the Sea stamp set and I die cut out the whale and mermaid with the coordinating dies.

Before adding the frame to the front, I put in the new Shark Bite Sequin Mix.

I used the Oceans of Green Gem mix to create the mermaids tail.

Big glam factor in this shaker card for sure.

Picket Fence Studios March Release Job Well DoneCheers:

Here we have the new stamp set “Job well done”  this was fun to color with copics and decide what drinks each person was having, haha…

I again used the new Cheers Word Die, this time in black with no shadow die as I didn’t want to hide the glass of wine, LOL

Picket Fence Studios March Release HELLO Slimline Die

There is a bunch of new product in this card and I have a video scheduled for you too.

Let’s start with the background, it’s the Center Flower Stencil 6 x 6 from last month.  I added the fabulous new Lime Zinnia Paper Glaze mixed with the NEW Paper Glaze Enhancer (which turns the paper glaze to a lovely mat finish).

Once the paper glaze was dry, I sponged on Distress Oxide Inks to fill in the background.

My Lilies for Spring are water colored with Gansai Tambi watercolors and die cut with the coordinating Lilies of Spring Die and then popped up on the card.

Finally – that lovely HUGE Slimline Oversized Hello die cut in black.  Not just for slimline my friends, it fits on a A2 sized card as well (just barely, but it fits, haha)

This card is finished off with the NEW Purple Rita Sequin Mix

Picket Fence Studios March Release A Whale Breaching

My Final card for today’s Picket Fence March Release:

Was actually the first card I made with the new products.  I love this A whale Breaching stamp and I heat embossed it in Black onto the center front of my card.  Even more fun, sponging Distress Oxide Inks into the background and the ocean to create the scene.

The sentiment is from another new stamp set, Merpeople of the Sea.

Here is the entire Picket Fence Studios March Release available now:
