Hey cardmaking friends and welcome back. Today I have two cards for you created with the Picket Fence Studios Nice Seeing You stamp set. This is from the May release and I’m sneaking in just under the wire, as the new June release is TOMORROW – how did that month slip by so quickly? LOL.
Anyway, this fun stamp set is for all the “techies” in your life and it’s a blast to create and color. It has two major images, and a bunch of sentiments to play with.
I created two cards with it for today’s share, a Slimline Card and a regular A2 sized card.
Picket Fence Studios Nice Seeing You Slimline Card.
Start by using the Slim Line Nested Rectangles dies to cut two sizes of card front from two shades of blue card stock.
They provide the beautiful stitched borders that add so much interest to your cards.
Next, On the smaller of the pieces, use one of the life changing brushes to blend some blue ink through the Slim Line Broken Fence Stencil. This adds some subtle background noise, and breaks up the panel a bit.
Place the piece inside the Misti Stamping Tool and stamp the sentiment in black ink at the bottom center of the piece.
Use foam squares to attach it to the bigger mat and then Scor Tape to attach to the white card base.
Use the Misti to stamp the “Zoom meeting gang” in Black Hybrid Ink onto a white card stock and color with copic markers.
Finally, trim the image out and attach it to the card front with foam square to add Dimension.
A2 sized I-Phone texting card
I love this image and it creates a quick and fun card.
Use the Misti to stamp the image onto white cardstock and color with Copics.
Color the background with a light blue copic
Mat to a piece of green card and then attach to a top folding A2 sized teal card base.
Two cards that will make your kids think you are hip and cool! Ok wait, those are says from the 70’s, haha
