Simon Says Stamp Stamptember – Card 1:

There are two new products on this card, the beautiful Damask Background stamp which I stamped tone on tone in Surf Blue.

The second item is this beautiful Tender Leaves Die set. There are two separate stems in this die, I have just overlapped them to make them look like one. The stitched detail in this leaf is so sophisticated and intricate.

For the background: Stamp the Damask stamp in the same color ink as the card stock. In this case, that is Surf Blue.

Next, use the A2 Thin Frames dies to cut out the frame and inlay a white one to add some “background noise”.

Die cut the Tender Leaves die and add them both down the leeft side of the card using Foam squares for a bit of a 3-d effect.

Cut the Celebrate sentiment twice out of Surf Blue card and once from Mirror Gold. Glue them together and attach near the bottom of the card.

Add a sentiment using the Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Strips – Birthday.

Embellish with Simon’s Smooch Sequins
