Hi card making friends. Hope you are doing well. Today I have a new card making Stacked Stenciling – New Video to share with you and I create a Masculine Winter Birthday card with products from Picket Fence Studios.
This is a tutorial for Splitcoast Stampers and they have a special upload in the gallery for you to share you samples with this fun technique: Home – Technique Spotlight – Repeat Stenciled Scene. I hope you will give it a try and load your cards to share with us.
I used the Slim Line Double Tree Line Stencil to create this effect in Distress Oxide Inks in Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon and Chipped Sapphire to create my ombre background.
You will also need the Life Changing Blending Brushes to add the ink.
Creating the Sentiment:
To create the sentiment, use the Happy Birthday Word Topper die, cut three times and stacked.
Before stacking, white heat emboss the additional sentiment from the Word Topper Dies Subtitles Stamp Set onto the top piece.
Finally, embellish with the holograph snowflakes from the Winter Lady sequin mix.
Works as a Christmas Card as well:
I originally created this as a Christmas card, using the Merry Christmas Word Topper Die, they of course are completely interchangeable for this card.
For the Christmas card I used the small holograph stars from the Starry Night Sequin Mix.

Thanks Sandi. My order has been placed. You sure love blue. Looks great.
I do, but aren’t you proud of me for using purple instead of green with it, haha
