Spellbinders Christmas Flourish Collection

Hi card makers and welcome back.  I’m excited to be Up on the Spellbinders blog today the new Spellbinders Christmas Flourish Collection from Beeca Feeken.  The collection has seven new die sets and a fabulous embossing folder full of Christmas images and sentiments to inspire you in your holiday cardmaking.

I picked my three favorites and created cards in a traditional color scheme to share with you today.  My Colors are Phone Booth, Portabella, White, Rainforest, Fern, and some Mirror Gold for highlights.

The coordinating Holly Flourish Embossing Folder released in this set is the new 5.50″ x 8.50″ versatile 3D Embossing Folders which can be used to create various sizes from A2, 5″ x 7″, up to a full sized slimline.  For the most detailed impression, lightly mist the cardstock on both sides with water before embossing.

This die set cuts out the actual slimline borders and layers which is extremely helpful.

Next, emboss the Portabella card front with the new Holly Flourish Embossing Folder.

Add the ornaments and sentiment to complete the card.

  1. The cards are lovely. The red, portobello and the green are perfect together. My favorite is the slimline card—a show stopper!
