Hey card making friends, thanks for stopping in today. I have two cards to share with you created with the Spellbinders June Embossing Folder Clubs. I absolutely LOVE getting these each month. Spellbinders has the best embossing folders and their 5.5″ x 8.5″ size means I can create a card any size I want, from A2 all the way up to slimline. Of course they always coordinate with the Club Theme of the month too, giving you great “background noise” for your other kits and dies.

I had so many ideas for this embossing folder I really had to sit and decide which one I wanted to create. I haven’t done a rainbow card for awhile, so here’s a little nod to Pride Month.
Spellbinders June Embossing Folder Clubs Card #1
Start by embossing a white card front 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ with this month’s 3D embossing Folder Scattered Shells
Next, using blending brushes, add a ink blended rainbow of colors
Pink Fresh Ink: Lavender, Ocean Breeze, Key Lime, Sunshine, Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss
Then, once the ink is dry, gently drag a white pigment ink pad across the entire surface to highlight the embossing.
Finally, Gold emboss a sentiment from the Water You Up to Clear Stamp and Die set of the month kit.
Spellbinders June Embossing Folder Clubs Card #2
My second card today combines new June kits, the Embossing Kit of the Month, and the Clear Stamp and Die Set of the month. I couldn’t resist adding that adorable little whale to the card…AND, the sweet die cuts from the Large Die of the month – Whale in a Bottle.
Start by embossing a white card front 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ with the Splish Splash June embossing folder.
Next, use blending brushes to create a blue ombre effect with Pink Fresh Inks: Ocean Breeze, Aquamarine and Tidal Pond
Then, stamp, color and cut out the little whale and white heat emboss a sentiment on black using the Clear Stamp and Die set of the month Water You Up to.
Finally, die cut some coral and starfish from scraps of colored cardstock.
Copics Used to color the whale: B23, B00, B000, B01
