Pretty in Pink Halloween Cards with Simon Says Stamp Dies

I LOVE pink for Halloween, so I couldn’t resist pairing these adorable new Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember dies with a bright pink background!

You can view the entire STAMPtember release here:

For the card bases, I blended Bubblegum, Sweets, and Taffy inks, then added White Splatter Medium for a little extra texture.

Pink Halloween card featuring a cute white ghost in a witch hat, black die-cut bats, and a bright pink ink-blended background with white splatters.

Products used for my Pretty in Pink Halloween Cards:

wo pink Halloween cards featuring cute die-cut ghosts, orange pumpkins, black bats, witch hat, and bright pink ink-blended backgrounds with white splatters.

I originally planned to put everything on one card, but it quickly became too busy — so two cards it is!

Pink Halloween card featuring a cute ghost peeking from a jack-o’-lantern, a large orange pumpkin, black bats, and a pink ink-blended background with white splatters.

How to create the Pretty In Pink Halloween Cards:

Peekaboo Pumpkin Halloween Card:

For this card, I combined the Peekaboo Pumpkin and Beaming Jack-o-lantern, cut from Carrot cardstock and shaded with Mandarin Ink.  The stems are cut from craft cardstock and shaded with Mocha, and the little ghost has a touch of Surf Ink.
NOTE:  Beaming Jack-o-Lantern has a face you can cut out also, I chose not to use it.

The sentiment is from the Spooky Crew Stamp Set, with black bats cut using the Haunted Garden Die Set.  I added a little highlight detail with a #10 Saruka white gelly pen.

Sitting Ghost Halloween Card:

The second card features the sweet Sitting Ghost, lightly shaded with Surf Ink and topped with his little witch hat.
I added more bats from the Haunted Garden Dies and finished with a sentiment from the Haunted Garden Stamp Set and some Black Pawsitively Dazzling Gems.

Two quick and easy Halloween cards — and I’m loving all that pink!
