It was so hard to decide what to share with you today because the NEW RELEASE is so fabulous and I love everything, LOL.  BUT, the Balloons have my heart – SO say hello to FLORAL BALLOON EXTRAVAGANZA.  And, a few other cards I’ll be sharing with you throughout the month.

How to create the Alex Syberia Designs Floral Balloon Extravaganza Cards:

Start by using a Misti to stamp all the balloons onto Canson 140lb cold pressed watercolor paper.

Next, paint the images with Altenew watercolors.

Then, die cut them out with the coordinating dies.

At the same time, use Polished Brass Glimmer Foil to foil the happy Birthday sentiment and white embossing powder on black cardstock for the other sentiments.

Alex Syberia Designs Floral Balloon Extravaganza Slimline Card:

Cut a white card base 7″ x 8-1/2″ inches, score and fold at 3-1/2 to create the card base.

Next, cut the Slimline Nested Stitched Die from a piece of Spellbinders Waterfall card stock 3-1/2″ x 8-1/2″.

Then cut the card front from white cardstock 3-1/2 x 7-1/2.  Place the Shiny Diamonds Stencil over the top portion and use a palette knife to add Gina K Glitz Glitter Gel through the stencil.  Once the design is dry, move the clean stencil down, and repeat for the bottom section of the pane.

Then, use Polished Brass Glimmer Foil to Foil the Birthday and Wish Sentiment Set and use the Coordinating dies to cut them out.

Use Tear Tape to attach all the pieces to the card front.  Then use foam squares to add the balloons and sentiments.

Finally, embellish with clear rhinestones

Alex Syberia Designs Floral Balloon Extravaganza – card 2

Start by repeating the steps above to create the blingy background with the Shiny Diamonds Stencil on a 4 x 5-1/4″ card front and then attach it to a top folding A2 sized white card base (4-1/4″ x 11″, score and fold at 5-1/2″).

Next, white heat emboss the two sentiments onto scraps of black cardstock and die cut out with the coordinating dies.

Finally, attach two balloons to the card front and the sentiments using foam squares.

Finally, embellish with clear rhinestones.

Alex Syberia Designs Floral Balloon Extravaganza – card 3 (on the right)

Start with the same measurements for the card stock as in Card #2.  Tape the 4″ x 5-1/2″ white card front to the Dazzling Fireworks Cover Die and run through a die cutting machine.

Next, using a blending brush, add a small amount of  Pinkfresh Raspberry Bliss Ink to the bottom left side of the card front before attaching it to the card base.

Then, White heat emboss the sentiment onto a scrap of black cardstock and die cut with the coordinating dies before attaching it and a large balloon to the card front.

Finally, embellish with clear rhinestones.
