Easter is the perfect time to pull out your favorite dies and create something soft, layered, and full of spring charm! Today I’m sharing how to make this beautiful die-cut Easter Bunny card using the Simon Says Stamp Embellished Bunny die set. Paired with delicate florals from the Country Basket Bouquet and a textured embossed background, this card is all about adding dimension with simple die-cutting techniques.
This die-cut Easter bunny card is perfect for sending warm Easter wishes to friends and family, and it’s easy to customize with your favorite colors and cardstock combinations. See below for all the tips and details to recreate this card step by step!

Products Used for Today’s Die Cut Easter Bunny Card:
- Easter EZ Strips (sentiment)
Embellished Bunny Die
Teardrop Pinpoint Frames Dies
Country Basket Bouquet Dies - Ribbon Loop Frames (bow)
- Braided Embossing Folder

How to Create the Die Cut Easter Bunny Card:
Create the Card Base:
Start by creating a white, top-folding A2-sized card base (4-1/4″ x 11″, score and fold at 5-1/2″).
Next, trim a panel of Neenah Desert Storm cardstock to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and emboss it using the Braided Embossing Folder. Attach it to the card base using Tear Tape for a strong, flat hold.

Die Cut the Card Front:
Use the second largest die from the Teardrop Pinpoint Frames set to cut a white card front panel. Attach it to the card using foam tape to add dimension.
I absolutely love this die set–the delicate edges remind me of the tatted doilies my mom used to make, so soft and detailed.
Die Cut the Art Pieces:
To create the focal point for this die cut Easter bunny card, die cut the bunny from Neenah Desert Storm cardstock. Ink blend around the edges using Cappuccino Ink t add depth and highlight the embossed “embellished” details.

Next, die cut the flowers and leaves using the Country Basket Bouquet dies. Cut the flowers from Lavender and Spellbinders Beeswax cardstock, and the leaves from Spellbinders Rainforest cardstock.
The bow is die cut from the Ribbon Loop Frames set–there are two adorable bow options in this set, and one was the perfect size to finish off the bunny.
Add soft ink blending to the die cut pieces using Sunbeam, Pearfection, Heather, and Cappuccino inks to bring in shading and dimension.
Assemble the Card:
Begin assembling your die cut Easter bunny card by attaching the bunny to the center bottom using foam squares.
Next, tuck in the leaves and sprigs around the bunny, followed by the flowers to build a full, layered arrangement.
Finish by adding the pink bow to the bunny’s neck, then trim and adhere a sentiment from the Easter EZ Strips to the bottom of the design.
