Hey paper crafting friends. Welcome back to the Handmade Holiday Blog Hop full of inspiration and ideas for your Holiday Card Making. I have three cards to share with you today starting with my favorite Gnome in a Globe. I had so much fun making him, I can’t wait to share him with you.
Gnome in a Globe:
One of my favorite new items from this release is the New Embossing Folder “Sprinkle Snow Globe”. It’s in the shape of a dome, or a snow globe. Didn’t you just love to shake those as a kid? I still do, haha.
I decided to add my favorite Lil Gnome Wafer Die to create this fun Holiday card.
Isn’t he just the cutest? I embossed the Sprinkle Snow Globe Embossing Folder in Vellum and cut it out before adding a few snowflakes to it. The little gnome fits perfectly.
Products used for the Gnome in a Globe all from Simon Says Stamp:

Creating the TREE Snow Globe:
As you can see, I wasn’t quite finished with this new Sprinkle Snow Globe embossing Folder. I had to make another card. This time, I brayered Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink all over the inlaid side of the embossing folder, placed a piece of white cardstock inside and ran it through my machine to create this card front. This allowed the snow to stay white but the background to be blue.
Products used to create the TREE SNOWGLOBE CARD:

Memory Box in. Alpine Tree die

Glitzy Glitter Gel Wreath:
With this release Simon has added 6 new fabulous colors to the Glitz Glitter Gel Line in a new Mini 6 Pack.
I used three of the new colors on todays card through the Painted flowers Wreath Stencil and created this blingy Birthday Card.
I cased this card idea from fellow card maker Jennifer Kotas and you can see her beautiful card here:
