Watercolor Flowers with Lindy’s Magicals
Today’s cards are created with new products just released from Lindy’s Magicals – the Tea and Crumpet release.
A beautiful set of new colors and also new, they come in the fabulous new shaker bottle – making them even easier to use. Available here at Simon Says Stamp,
Watercolor Flowers with Lindy’s Magicals – Card Recipe:
Start with pieces of watercolor paper cut at 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 and sprinkle and spritz the powder onto the paper until you get the desired results.
Next, dry the paper with a heat tool or let sit until dry
Then, stamp the Watercolor Flowers and leaf images with the VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink.
Finally, cut them out with the coordinating dies.
Also, ink smoosh the Gag Me With a Spoon Gray into one of the pieces for a card front. (that name just makes me giggle, LOL).
Watercolor Flowers with Lindy’s Magicals – putting the card together.
Start by attaching the flowers and leaves to the front of the card using foam squares.
Next, use the dot stamp and black ink to add some “background noise”, then use a misty to stamp the sentiments.
Finally, you could also add some ink splatter if you wanted to, I refrained, but it was hard, LOL.
Here is today’s Watercolor Flowers with Lindy’s Magicals Video walking you through each step of creating the cards. Under the video there is a link to the next person in the hop.

These are beautiful! Love the colors!
The trick with the Press’N Seal was brilliant! Sorry, I’m ignoring the rest of your beautiful, creative work with the cards. LOL I just finished doing a card where I surely needed that idea. I can see that I’m going to have to watch all your videos so that I don’t miss any little tips that you sneak in. Usually I just eyeball the cards and then do my own thing.
haha, Thanks Sharon, yes, there are lots of little tricks to make life easier, LOL
Beautiful colours Sandi, love the cards!
thank you Lisa
Love your art pieces, Sandi. Great video on using Lindy’s Magicals. They are great and what a fantastic idea to have shaker bottles. They are so much fun to play with.
I agree, I think the shaker bottle is a huge upgrade
