To create today’s die cut overlay, I die cut the detailed word portion twice from white cardstock and stacked them together.  Then I cut out the shadow piece once in white and added the detailed pieces over top.  It’s white on white, but with the extra height, it has now shadows and makes it easier to read.  This Wedding Blooms Die, is beautifully detailed and would also work for a friend card, Valentines, anniversary and sympathy.

How to create the paper Rose Wedding Blooms Die Cut Card

Start with a white A2 sized top folding card base 4-1/4″ x 11″ score and fold at 5-1/2

Next, cut a blue designed panel 4″ x 5-1/4″ and attach to the card front.

Then, cut the multi colored panel 3-3/4″ x 5″ and attach.

Next, cut a blue washed panel 2 x 5 and attach down the center of the card.

Then, add the sentiment die cut with foam squares to add dimension.

Finally, add the two smaller words above.
