Welcome to Stamptember. The paper crafting industries best month of the year with fun new products and collaborations between stamp companies, it’s always so very much fun.

Welcome to Stamptember:

Stamptember was created by Simon Says Stamps 12 years ago.

Each year starts with a HUGE release of NEW PRODUCTS which happens today – woo hoo.

Then they release collaborations with other stamp companies all month long, usually starting at midnight. Great for you night owls, not so great for us early birds, haha.

One thing I will stress, is these collaboration sets are only available through Simon Says Stamps, there are a limited number of each stamp set produced and they sell out quickly, so you need to be on your toes to get them. But that’s half the fun of it right?

Let’s Dive in to the New Product Release for Stamptember.

Welcome to Stamptember Card #1

My first card is a one layer Christmas card created with the NEW Happy Poinsettia stamp set. There is also a coordinating die set that I didn’t use for this card.

I used the second generation stamping technique (stamping off), for the bottom layer of the flower, then full on for the second layer for some depth.

Next, the leaves are all done with second generation stamping for a more muted look.

Inks Used: Simon Says Stamp Audrey Blue and Doll Pink.

Next, add a white embossed sentiment on a scrap of black cardstock.

Finally, embellish with Pinkfresh Studios Jewels Mix.

Very clean and simple card and easily completed in 10 minutes making it great for mass producing.
