Hello my cardmaking friends and welcome back. Today I’m sharing a Simple Easter Box and Card created with the Simon Says Stamp Oh Bunny Stamp and Die set.
With Easter sneaking up on us and most of us staying in, I thought it might be fun to create a few Easter Projects that we could share with our family and friends.
I know that creating cards and other projects really helps me stay calm so I thought I would create this short video to share the instructions and hopefully you will enjoy creating them too.
If you are reading this in an e-mail, you may need to VISIT MY BLOG to watch the video or you can watch it in H.D. over on my YouTube Channel.

How to create the Simple Easter Box and Card:
I have loaded a PDF cardmaking tutorial for each project instead of writing out the instructions.
Click on the black button under each project to download the PDF card Tutorial

Add a Bit of Dimension for Added Interest:
Use small white pom poms for their cute little tails just to increase the cuteness score! This adds dimension and interest to your project.
Cut some extra flowers and leaves to decorate the Bull Clip that holds the box closed.
In today’s Simple Easter Box and Card video:
The video starts with the adorable box.
The finished size is 2″ x 4″ x 2″- making it substantial enough for a gift or a boatload of chocolate LOL.
You create it with a 8-1/2 x 11 piece of patterned paper.
The paper pack has 1 piece of each design, if you order the 6 x 6 version as well, it can be used for the decoration pieces.
Next, the second part of the video uses the same supplies and die cuts to create the adorable “Some Bunny Loves You” card to coordinate with the box.
I’m totally smitten with this beautiful Blooming Heart Wreath die from Memory Box, it cuts like butter. It’s super easy to cut apart and layer as I did here.
Finally, cut two, one in Lavender the other in Green Apple. Cut the purple flowers apart from the leaves and glue them to the green wreath….super fast and easy.
Both of today’s projects are very simple to make with the help of a few basic tools so it’s something you could create with your children too.
