Hi card making friends. I have a combined post today, More fun Altenew Cards. I have a pile more cards that I made from the products that Altenew sent me so I’m combing them into one post. And sorry the post is late today. It’s -41 here today which is causing lots of problems in the house, LOL. frozen windows and doors etc. trying to get Bella to hurry while she is outside doing her “business”, and basically just trying to keep warm.
PLEASE NOTE: This post contains affiliate links. See below for my full disclosure.
Let’s start with the Altenew Southern Magnolia stamp set. This is the FREE STAMP Set for Jan 12 and 13 for any orders placed through Altenew.

- Graceful Gardenias Stamp and Stencil (craft Your Life Kit).
Start by using the NEW Beautiful Butterfly Press Place and Black Foil on white cardstock.
Next, use the coordinating stencils to color in the butterfly.
Then, stamp, stencil and cut out the Graceful Gardenias flower.
Finally, add both pieces to a top folding A2 sized card base. Splatter with gold paint and add a gold embossed sentiment.
Mega Blossom Layering Stencil Set – and NEW INKS
Products used:
- Mega Blossom Layering Stencil Set
- Sentiment is from Graceful Gardenias
- Rose Petal Fresh Ink pads
- Frosted Foliage Ink pads
Start by stenciling the mega blossom image onto a white card front cut at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ using the new Rose Petal Fresh Inks and Frosted Foliage Inks.
Next, fussy cut the image and set aside.
Then, ink blend the top left corner of a A2 white card base. Then splatter with the inks used to stencil the rose. Finally, add a thin strip of gold foil paper across the bottom.
Finally, stamp the sentiment in black at the top of the card and use foam squares to attach the floral at the bottom.
Truthfully, these pinks are not my favorites. they are a bit too muted for me, color aside, very nice ink pads and the blend beautifully through a stencil. I like that the ink pads are round, I like the screw on lid, and I like many of the other colors.

These are SO pretty, Sandi!! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Sandi, what beautiful cards with such a small stamp set. Your colors are so bright and cheerful that perhaps they can “warm” your spirit if not your body!
haha, doing pretty much everything to try and keep warm today, thanks on the cards Gayle
Beautiful cards Sandi! I’m loving all of the florals, such pretty colors and designs! Stay warm up north!!
thanks so much Amy
These cards are gorgeous! It sounds as though you
have been really busy. I certainly don’t envy you the cold
weather! We are expecting -10 next week but that is nothing
compared to =41!!!
thank you Sharon, yes, it’s a bit cold, but it hasn’t broken a record yet, and it sounds to be short lived which is good
Hi, Sandy, I’m admiring your very pretty florals! What really caught my attention today is that -41 degrees temperature! I’m in southern Wisconsin and we’re looking at -teens or -twenties soon! And there’s the snow, of course. Take care!
I know right, crazy cold for the next few days, at least it will be too cold to snow more, LOL
