- Just Add Cake clear stamp and die set
- White Splatter Paint

How to create the Cutest Die Cut Dragon Birthday Card Ever:
Create the Card Base:
Trim a panel of Orchid cardstock to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and attach it to a top folding, white, A2-sized card base.
Next, trim both a black cardstock panel and a white cardstock panel to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Die cut the black panel using the second largest of the Color Block Accent Arches. Using the same sized arch from the Essential Arches die set, cut the white panel.
Adhere the white panel behind the black panel to create the bold striped arch frame, then attach it to the center of the card front using foam tape for added dimension.
Choose the next size smaller arch from the Essential Arches die set and cut it from Waterfall cardstock. Place the panel inside a splatter box and splatter it with white paint. Once dry, attach it to the center of the black and white arched panel.

Die Cut the Party Time Dragon:
Dig into your scrap bin and create fun, colorful combinations for your little dragons. In the image above, I used three different color palettes for inspiration. Assemble the dragon die cuts, then add foam squares behind the nose piece for extra dimension. Attach the finished dragon to the card front using additional foam squares.
Assemble the Card:
Die cut three balloons and their strings, then adhere them to the right side of the arch panel.
Use the Just Add Cake Stamp and Die set from the Birthday Card Making Kit to create the sentiment by white heat embossed onto black cardstock. Die cut it with the coordinating die and attach to the upper left side of the card using foam squares.
