Let’s Celebrate BetterPress Birthday Cards

Hey card making friends, welcome back.  Today I have Let’s Celebrate BetterPress Birthday Cards to share with you.  Let’s Celebrate is the NEW RELEASE by YANA over at Spellbinders and the release is a beautiful combination of BetterPress Plates.  Have you tried BetterPress Yet?  Don’t you LOVE IT.  I hardly ever use my Misti anymore, and I always get fabulous results with the BetterPress.  AND, have you seen the new ink colors?  I’ll be playing with those very soon.

PLEASE NOTE: This post contains affiliate links. See below for my full disclosure

Ok, back to the release.  I have 3 cards to share with you created with 3 of the new BetterPress products for this release.  One of the plates even comes with a stencil, so you don’t even have to color.  Talk about a fast and beautiful card.

Let’s Celebrate BetterPress Birthday Cards – Adding the sentiments.

Start by black glimmer foiling the large sentiment onto a piece of Orange card stock.  Then, use Polished Brass glimmer hot foil for the happy birthday sentiment.

Next, die cut them out and attach to the card front with foam squares.

Let’s Celebrate BetterPress Birthday Cards – Card #2

Start with the BetterPress Peony Background and press it with the Black Ink, again, onto the BetterPress Cotton Card Stock, 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″.

Next, use the coordinating stencil to color in the images with the Spellbinders stencil brushes.

I used Simon Says Stamp Inks here:  Marine, Cadette, Royal, Sage, Aspen, Pine, Celery, Field and Fairway.

Finally, use Polished Brass Hot Foil to create the sentiments.  Die cut them and attach them to the center of the card fronts.
