Distress Oxide Inks – Blended Stripes SLIMLINE CARDS
Onto my cards and video for today. You know I love to ink blend with Distress Oxides, and usually I blend an entire background. Today, I’m doing stripes across a SLIMLINE CARD.
In the short video below I share how to mask and blend to create these fun cards. The one above uses the Mondo Amaryllis stamp, one of my all time favorites.
The Tall Slimline Card one uses the Chrysanthemum stamp set which I have also played with before in another video for the Floating Ink Technique which you can view here.
Both sentiments are from a fun snarky set, That Thing you Did – its one of my favs because who doesn’t love sarcasm, haha
Distress Inks Used today: Mustard Seed, Ripe Persimmon, Picked Raspberry, Mowed Lawn
Check out the pretty border around my art piece. It’s created with the Pinkfresh Essentials Slim Cuts – Also sold through Ellen. Pinkfresh has an entire line of dies just for slimline cards…check them out here
