Spellbinders Autumn Clubs

Hey card-making friends, welcome back!  The 6th of the month means it’s time for NEW SPELLBINDERS CLUBS.  This month’s theme is all about cozy fall vibes-think sunflowers, autumn leaves, pumpkins, playful cats, and even a few goblins.

For today’s Spellbinders Autumn Clubs projects, I combined the Clear Stamp, Die Set, Harvest Magic, and the Embossing Folder of the Month, Autumn Breeze.  My second card highlights the Acorns & Oaks Stencil of the month, and over that, the Harvest Magic Small Die of the Month kit.

I also used the Perfect Touch Arches and Tags (my new favorite arch die set!).

The card on the left features a pink and orange stenciled leaf background with a stitched arch die cut in deep red, decorated with a smiling pink jack-o’-lantern, black cat, ghost, yellow leaves, and floral accents. The card on the right has a deep green embossed leafy background with a cluster of stamped and die-cut fall elements, including a sunflower, pumpkin, gourd, acorn, and sentiment strip reading “A LITTLE FALL CHARM, JUST FOR YOU.” Both cards are styled with fall foliage and berries for a seasonal look.

How to create the Spellbinders Autumn Clubs:

As I have shared before, one of the best things about receiving all the clubs in the Deluxe Caboodle, is that they all coordinate with the theme of the month.  It’s so much fun to mix and max the products to easily create beautiful cards.

Handmade Halloween card created with the Spellbinders September Small Die of the Month, Stencil of the Month, and Perfect Touch Arches and Tags dies. The background features a pink panel stenciled with layered autumn leaves in orange, gold, and magenta. At the center, a stitched arch frame in deep red and brown showcases a smiling pink jack-o’-lantern topped with flowers and leaves, accented by a playful black cat and a friendly white ghost. A yellow die-cut leaf embellishment completes the festive fall design.

Card #1

Start by stenciling over a piece of Tutu cardstock with the Acorns and Oaks Layered Stencil.

Inks Used:  Simon Says Stamp – Honey, Rose, Latte, nutmeg, and All Spice.

Attach the panel to a top folding A2 sized white card base.

Next, die cut the two arches from Truffle and Wildberry cardstock and attach them with foam tape to the center of the card.

Finally, die cut the embellishments using the Harvest Magic Small Die of the Month set and attach them to the arch using foam squares for added Dimension.

Card #2
Start with a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Fern cardstock and emboss it with the Autumn Breeze embossing folder.  Attach it to the front of a top folding A-2 sized white card base.

Next, use a Misti to stamp the images and sentiments and color them with copic markers.  The sentiment was stamped on Tuscan ink with VersaFine Clair Nocturn ink.

Copics Used:  BG11, BG13, Y11, 15, Y19, YG03, YG17, E31, E35, E37, Y38, YR04, YR07

Die-cut the images with the coordinating dies and then use foam squares to attach them to the center right of the card.

Embellish with some gold gems.

  2. Once again, Sandi, simplicity produces an amazing art piece! The embossed fern cardstock produces a beautiful background for the stenciled acorns and oaks.
