Simon Says Stamp DIECEMBER is here

Hi crafty friends and welcome back.  I’m so excited to share that Simon Says Stamp DIECEMBER is here STARTING TODAY and I have a couple of new cards and dies to share with you.

This is a Die release for December and it’s so much fun every year.  I always try to make an entire card from dies, and I did it, in my second card I’m sharing with you below.

First off, check out the background on this lovely….Say hello to the NEW Detailed Bohemian Plate.  It’s so FABULOUS and creates this pin dot designed background with one pass through your die cutting machine.

For this card, I added the Winter Florals stamp set and colored them in with copics, and the Chunky Joy sentiment die.

Then I added a few sequins from the Simon Says Stamp Peppermint Flakes pack

Here’s my ALL DIES CARD:

For my second card, I used the Detailed Bohemian Plate in the background again, and also did the die cut heart so it lined up with the design.

I also wanted to illustrate that some holiday dies can be used all year long, like these new TURTLE DOVES.  By changing out the colors and the background, I created a cute Valentine’s card, or this would also make a beautiful wedding or anniversary card.

BTW – all the little birdy pieces are in the die, and it’s a hoot to put them together.  The little legs, the beak and the cheeks.  I just put tiny pieces of scotch tape on the back to hold them in place.  Also included is the mistletoe, the bow and the three little hearts, it’s just FABULOUS! (my word for the day, haha).

The sentiment is Simon Says Stamp I Love You.
