Alex has designed gorgeous die cut and BetterPress shoe designs, along with a beautiful new floral image with a coordinating stencil that makes coloring quick and easy.

When I worked at the bank, I had a huge collection of colorful heels to coordinate with my outfits, so this release instantly made me smile. For my card today, I decided to recreate my all-time favourite pair of shoes—my fuchsia heels. I absolutely loved them, and I even had a matching fuchsia blazer to wear with them! My real pair didn’t have the silver bow, but this die set includes two different bow styles, making it easy to dress up your heels with a little extra sparkle.

Now let’s take a look at the card I created for today’s hop. I had so much fun recreating my favourite fuchsia heels using this fabulous die set!

- Alex Syberia Designs Chic Shoes
- Alex Syberia Designs Shoes Sentiments
- Spellbinders Silver Mix Color Essential Gems
- Luxe Glitter Basic Cardstock
- Speckled Prism Glimmer Hot Foil
How to create the Fuchsia Shoe Card:
- Start by die-cutting the shoes from Spellbinders Bellini and Mulberry Cardstock, and glue them together.
- Next, cut the bows from the Lux Glitter Basic Cardstock from Simon Says Stamp, layer and attach them to the toe portion of the shoe.
- Then, use Speckled Prism Glimmer Foil to hot foil the sentiment and die cut it with the coordinating die.
Create the Card:
- Card Base: white cardstock 4-1/4″ x 11″, score and fold at 5-1/2″.
- Card front: Luxe Glitter Basic cardstock 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
- Card Layer: Black cardstock 4″ x 5-1/4″ – add to the card front with foam tape to create dimension.
Once the card base is completed, attach the sentiment and shoes with black foam squares.
Embellish with a few Silver Mix Color Essential Gems, and admire your beautiful card.
