Hey cardmaking friends – welcome back!
Recently, Altenew generously sent me a few goodies from their February 2026 release, and today, I finally had the chance to play. I had so much fun creating this Altenew Enchanted Castles and Gothic Arches Die-Cut Card – and I’m pretty sure you can guess what they sent just from the title haha! Yes….the stunning Enchanted Castle Window 3D Embossing Folder (and stencil) and the gorgeous Gothic Arches Die Set.
I absolutely love how this card turned out – and even better, it was surprisingly easy to create. So, let’s jump in, and I’ll walk you through exactly how I made it.

Just beautiful Sandi! Love the delicate die cut and the roses are the perfect accent! 🙂
thank you Amy
This is beautiful! Great embossed panel and super ornate arched window!
Thank you Sharon, I thought the two went together perfectly
Hi, Sandi 🙋🏻♀️ It’s Marisela (Mari) I’m no longer on Instagram. They suspended and then deleted my account because they were accusing me of being a 13 year old girl. I proved my age and identity, but they were not convinced. 🤦🏻♀️ I lost everything. I cried so much, Sandi, but maybe I’m not meant to be on Instagram right now. I hope that we can keep in touch. Miss you. Keep making those beautiful purple cards 💜
Well that’s just crazy, there have been some strange things going on over on Instagram lately, and I’m sorry this happened to you. Can you get a different email account and open a new account under another name?
the combination of new vs old is lovely. I still have that Bamboo Rose set!
haha, it’s an oldy but a goodie, I had to knock the dust off of it haha
