NEW VIDEO – Make 4 Easy Christmas Cards with One Stamp Set | Cardmaking Ideas and Techniques

Hi cardmaking friends, and welcome back!  Today’s video  – Make 4 Easy Christmas Cards with One Stamp Set, is packed with tips and ideas to help you get a jump start on your holiday cardmaking while stretching your supplies even further.  We’ll even create our own patterned paper…. mostly because I couldn’t find the one I thought I had (tell me I’m not the only one, haha!).

Christmas Card ideas 2025

A quick heads-up:  this one’s a bit of a longer video – but with good reason.  We cover a simple Copic-coloring demo, create custom designer paper, and make four quick and easy Christmas Cards.  I’d call that a solid return on your creative time investment!  I even left in my big blooper for your viewing pleasure, LOL

So grab a cozy drink (coffee highly encouraged), settle in, and let’s get crafty.

The snowman sits on a snowbank holding a lantern and looking up at a dark night sky, isplattered with white paint to resemble falling snow. A kraft die-cut snowflake embellishes the top left corner, and the sentiment “Peace on Earth” is stamped below the scene. The card is framed with black and kraft striped paper and styled with greenery and rustic jingle bells for the photo.

Products used for the Make 4 Easy Christmas Cards with One Stamp Set Class:

Collection of four handmade winter cards created with the Simon Says Stamp Cozy in the Cold stamp and die set. Each card features adorable snowmen characters colored in soft winter tones with brown and black scarves and black top hats. The backgrounds includesnowy night skies with white splatter for falling snow, pine tree silhouettes, star accents, and kraft snowflakes. Sentiments on the cards include “Peace on Earth,” “Merry Christmas,” “Thankful for You Snow or Shine,” and “Thank you for being my cozy in the cold.” The cards are photographed flat-lay style with rustic holiday greenery, berries, and metal jingle bells framing the scene.

I wanted this set of handmade Christmas cards to have an earthy, rustic vibe with bold black and kraft accents.  I used to shy away from black Christmas cards, but now I absolutely love them – black creates such a striking contrast and really helps the other design elements shine.  Since there’s a full video tutorial included, I’m not sharing step-by-step instructions here, but you’ll find the cutting measurements for each card listed below.

Winter handmade card ideas:  these cards also make great winter birthday cards, just change out the sentiments.
