Radiant Floral Dies Hand Made Card

Hey card card-making friends.  A new week and a new die set; this time, it’s Papertrey Ink Radiant Floral Dies Hand Made Card.  Papertrey Ink was kind enough to send me the March release, and I had so much fun creating with their dies today and making this bright, happy card.  It’s cold and snowy up here, overcast and just GRAY – so this was my pop of color.

These dies are super fun to play with. This time, I decided to die-cut everything in white, and then I inked blended with my Simon Says Stamp Positively Saturated Inks.

How to Create the Papertrey Ink Radiant Floral Dies Hand Made Card.

Start with a White A2 sized top folding card base:  4-1/4″ x 11″, score and fold at 5-1/2″

Next, add a turquoise card front:  4″ x 5-1/4″

Then, die cut all the flower and leaf pieces and place them on the Pawsitively Perfect Craft Tacky Mat to ink blend them with the above noted inks.

Finally, die cut the Perfectly coiled Rectangles Die from white glimmer paper and attach it to the card front.  Then, glue the flowers together and lay them in place to position the leaves underneath.  Attach the leaves and then attach the flowers.  Die cut the sentiment once in gold and twice in white.  Stack them and glue the sentiment along the bottom of the card.

Place the card inside the splat box and splatter with white and gold paint.
