Good evening, card-making friends. You know when I post late in the evening, that it’s a Simon Says Stamp New Release post! Tonight we have the Moments in Time Release, and I’m sharing this Simon Says Stamp Bold Flowers Die Cut Card. It’s finally warmed up here, so I’ve been to the garden center (many times – don’t tell Ian), haha, feasting my eyes on all the beautiful colors and textures, and bringing many of them home with me too, haha. So, it will come as no surprise that the Bold Flowers Die set was my first choice to create with.

How to create the Simon Says Stamp Bold Flowers Die Cut Card:

Start by choosing your colors to layer, and then die-cut them out with the Bold Flowers Die Set.

Next, do a dry fit onto a white card front before gluing them together. At this point, I decided to incorporate the Groovy Floral Embossing Folder behind my flowers.

So, cut a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of white cardstock and emboss it with the Groovy Floral Embossing Folder, then attach it to an A-2-sized top-folding white card base.

NOTE: Because this is a 3D embossing folder, it will shorten the paper; therefore, be prepared to trim the card base once the embossed panel is attached.

Next, glue down all the flowers, and trim off the overhangs.

Finally, use the Giggle Hugs sentiment die set to create a sentiment and attach it to the center of the card.
