Good morning, friends. Today, I have Simon Says Stamp Curled Fern Frond Cards to share with you. The Curled Fern Frond Die set consists of two dies that cut these beautiful fern fronds. I needed a couple of support cards, so I coupled them with some Lindy’s Magicals papers from my stash. I wanted these to be “quiet” cards, so I was going for soft soothing colors. I think I achieved that with the teal-colored one, not sure about the bronze one. That bronze one has some amazing color runs in it, and I couldn’t resist using it, LOL.

How to create the Simon Says Stamp Curled Fern Frond Card #1

Start with a top-folding A-2-sized white card base.

Next, cut a card front using the Stitched rectangle die and attach it using foam tape to add dimension.

Then, take a strip of Lindy’s Magical paper dyed with the Time Travel Teal powder, and cut it to 2″ x 3″. Next, cut it into 1-inch panels. Use Foam squares to attach the three panels to the left side of the card front.

Finally, die cut the ferns in white and attach them. Add a sentiment and a few dazzling gems.

Creating Card #2.

The instructions are the same, except that the card front panel is die-cut from a piece of Lindy’s Magical Powders watercolor paper that I dyed using Show Stopping Copper, Poutine Gold, and Maple Syrup Bronze powders.

The sentiment is the Reverse I See You Ez Strips.

That’s it – very clean and simple, but elevated with the addition of a beautiful piece of paper.
