Hey card-making friends – welcome back! Today I’m creating with more brand-new products from the Simon Says Stamp Heart to Heart release. I combined several of the new goodies to create this Warm Thoughts Snowman card, complete with Glitzy Falling Snow.
The Bundled Snowman is, of course, the star of the show in his cozy little hat and scarf. To add a little extra winter magic, I used the Falling Show die as a stencil to create sparkly snowflakes over the ink-blended background. I finished the card with a two-layer Warm Thoughts sentiment at the top for added dimension.
This is the perfect card to send someone just to brighten their day or say a heartfelt thank you – and a quick sentiment swap, it would work beautifully as a winter birthday card too.

How to create the Warm Thoughts Snowman with Glitzy Falling Snow Card?
Start with a top-folding A2-sized white card base.
Next, cut a piece of white cardstock 4″ x 5-1/4″ and ink blend it with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated inks in Guava, Seafoam and Surf, blending smoothly from top to bottom.
Cut a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ panel of white cardstock and die cut it using the Falling Snow die. Place this die-cut panel over the ink-blended background to use it as a stencil. with a craft knife, or palette knife, spread Unicorn Horn Astro Paste over the openings to create glitzy snowflakes.
Carefully remove the stencil immediately and clean your knife right away. Once the snowflakes are completely dry, attach the finished panel to the card base.

Ink Blend another piece of white cardstock, large enough to die cut the Warm Thoughts sentiment shadow. Die cut the sentiment words from iridized white glimmer paper, layer them together, and attach the sentiment to the top of the card using foam tape for dimension.
Next, die cut the snowman from white cardstock. Ink blend the hat and scarf with the Surf ink and add a pop of color to the heart using Guava Ink. Die cut the nose from orange cardstock and the eyes and buttons from black. For extra sparkle, die cut the hat brim and pom-pom from Iridized white glimmer paper.
Use foam squares to attach the snowman tot he center bottom of the card.
to finish, add a printed sentiment from the Reverse Love EZ strips set.
This cheerful snowman card came together quickly and is such a fun way to combine ink blending, texture, and sparkle. With just a few simple techniques and a cozy sentiment, you can easily customize this design for thank-you cards, winter birthdays, or happy mail all season long. Thanks so much for stopping by—happy crafting!
