Welcome back, crafty friends!
Today, I’m excited to share a Simon Says Stamp Wildflowers card, created with the Simon Says Stamp Wildflower Cuttings Stamp and Die Set. This gorgeous 6″ x 8″ stamp set includes a beautiful assortment of wildflower images and heartfelt sentiments—perfect for creating focal points and custom backgrounds.
For today’s card, I used the floral stamps to design a soft botanical wallpaper with white heat embossing, and then highlighted a single bouquet as the main focal image. To elevate the design, I framed the centerpiece using the elegant Petal-Tipped Labels dies, which add a touch of sophistication and help draw attention to the colored wildflowers.
Whether you love coloring with Copic markers or creating your own backgrounds, this set is perfect for versatile and elegant cardmaking.

Copic Markers: BG11, B000 , RV63, RV66, YG03 (linked below).

How to create the Simon Says Stamp Wildflowers Card
Start with a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Hammermill white cardstock and place it in your Misti stamping platform. Stamp the floral image using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and set it aside to dry.
Once dry, color the image with Copic markers. Then, use the second-largest die from the Petal-Tipped Labels set to cut out the design.
Return the die-cut piece to the Misti and stamp the sentiment in black ink to the right of the vase.

How to create the Wall Paper Background.
Start with a piece of lavender cardstock 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and stamp the smaller leaf image multiple times using clear embossing ink, being careful not to overlap the design.
Next, sprinkle white embossing powder over the stamped images, tap off the excess, and heat set it until smooth and glossy.
Repeat the stamping and embossing process on the opposite end of the panel to create a balanced, wallpaper-style background.
Finally, adhere the embossed panel to a top-folding A2-sized white card base. Use foam squares to attach the colored art piece, adding dimension and visual interest to your handmade card.

Bonus Tip:
Using the same stamp as you did for the wallpaper, stamp the back flat of your envelope In Lavender Ink to match your card.
